Tanba Matsutake Mushrooms
The name, Tanba, reminds us of Matsutake. Tanbafs Matsutake mushrooms have been famous since the old days. The taste, flavor and shape of Tanbafs Matsutake mushrooms with a short stem are the most highly estimated. They are an autumnal specialty of Sasayama, but the crop is getting less year by year. Now they are precious product.
